Biesse vacuum suction cups

These vacuum pods and cups are for Biesse CNC routers, replacement pod for use with Biesse Rover, Biesse Point to Point machines.
With these CNC vacuum pods, you can do solid wood work or edge detail by raising the material off the table. CNC flat table vacuum cup for your Biesse Rover grid can be used to do large parts or can be sectioned off with gasket to do smaller parts.
Biesse vacuum cups are available in three different heights: 29mm, 48mm and 74mm.

These vacuum cups for Biesse come with valve, locating ring and gasket, also available in 48mm and 72mm height for choice.
The base bodies of the Biesse vacuum cups are inserted into a holding fixture on a pod and rail table. The base body and holding fixture have a grating that is divided into 15° steps. Thus, it is possible to position the suction cup at different angles on the pod and rail table.

To minimize setup time, the vacuum cups are equipped with valves that only release suction when the workpiece is placed. The vacuum cups on the remaining consoles, which are not used, simply stay on the machine. Unoccupied holding fixtures are covered with a dummy cap that helps avoid pollution and shuts off the vacuum in that holding fixture. RicoCNC offers alternative vacuum cups. They are available in the same heights as the original vacuum cups. Thus, they can be combined at will.
