The following can be performed:
1. Excellent finish plans on large areas.
2. High-precision squaring on blocks and various parts.
3. Boring up to Ø2500mm.
4. Alignment of concentric holes up to L - 4500mm, using a fixed movable support with a spindle extension bar.
5. Machining of radial grooves (by rotating the table and adapting the vertical milling head with variable tilt) and linear grooves, using different cylindrical or profile cutters.
6. Drilling on areas of 2000x3000mm with hundredth precision.
7. Drilled cooling dies from Ø11 onwards with long ends up to 2000mm.
8. Angle milling.
9. Gear milling up to 20Tn and Ø4000mm.
10. Boring with large arms or connecting rods up to 40Tn.
11. Internal teeth of pinions or gears.
12. Boring of pipes, elbows, and fittings.
The equipment can be tested and/or seen in operation (it is in perfect condition), and we have a large amount of tooling available.
