Very robust headstock, with all its gears and shafts made of chrome-nickel steel, hardened and fully ground. The main spindle rotates on an excellent assembly of ultra-precision tapered roller bearings and is lubricated by a pump that draws oil from the sump.
Prismatic guideways bed, with its four guides hardened to 400-500 Brinell and ground, very robust and equipped with wide chip outlets reinforced by a double drum partition.
Widely designed feed gearbox, completely enclosed, with all its shafts mounted on bearings via a selector, allowing 38 longitudinal and cross feeds, 36 metric and Whitworth pitches, 24 module and Diametral Pitch (DP) threads, without changing gears.
Amply dimensioned apron, with very convenient access to the controls and permanently lubricated as it is equipped with a lubrication pump.
Very robust carriage, with automatic lubrication for the guideways, via the pump installed in the apron and a control valve.
Robust tailstock, with a hardened and ground quill of 70mm diameter, as well as its housing.
Electrical control with Siemens counters and output transformer, remote controls at 110 volts, control pushbuttons and clearly visible indicator lights.
Foot brake, motor braking via a foot-operated pedal bar.
Longitudinal stops: the lathe is equipped with four easily adjustable automatic stop longitudinal stops.
